Our policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Go to Return Centre and fill out the returns form, and once you have requested the return you will receive an mail notifying the same. It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your return request and schedule a reverse pick-up. We will send you a mail once the return request has been confirmed from our end with the instructions on how you can return the products.
The return shipment will be scheduled to the place where the products were initially delivered, and our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick-up. Please Note: Kindly return the products with the original packaging and bill. Please ensure that our delivery partner seals the package in your presence at the time of pick-up and Do Not forget to take the Return Acknowledgement slip from the delivery partner.
Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. For all the COD orders a link will be sent to you, where you will have to fill in your bank details for us to initiate the refund process. It usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund and it might take further 4-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you are looking for an exchange online, please request for the return of the product you have already received and place a fresh order on our website directly. Since our products are fast moving, we recommend placing immediate order as we do not want you to miss out on your favourite Dress designs. If your order was a prepaid order, a full refund towards the returned products will initiated.
Alternatively, products purchased online can be exchanged at our Retail Kushal's Store within the 1 day of delivery. Please Note: Refund for the returned products will initiate after the product is received and examined at our facility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
